Eric PLACET, CEO of CREAPHARM GROUP and the co-founders of LinBox, Marine THIEBAUD, Ludivine MIOSSEC and Frédéric MALBOZE announced on July 21st, 2021 that they have signed an agreement between their respective companies. It is through the acquisition of a majority stake into LinBox that CREAPHARM GROUP extends its activities to biobanking, by creating CREAPHARM BIOSERVICES.
